I’ve started a new project on my blog. Its a look in to my past, via music. The first round is going to be exploring my gothic past, that I always mention but never really talk about.
Well, now you’ll hear about it, along with musical analysis, stories, memories, and maybe even sex. Whee!
Since I’ve had lots of down time, I’ve actually already set up the posts through January. There isn’t much to do when I’m at my parents house. Later today, the first video post will go up. :)
To start, I’m posting a photo. This will be the only photo I’ll ever post of my face. Normally, I wouldn’t post something like this because I value my privacy and discretion, but I look radically different now then when this photo was taken.
I think I was about 16. I know I was at a Sweet 16, but I don’t remember if I had had mine yet
.
Yup. I dressed like that almost every day.
A side note - I wore the same dress to my Senior Banquet, which was also where they did the superlative awards ceremony. I was winning “Most Unique” you see.
While eating dinner, the only female A.P. came over to ask if I was wearing a bra. They seemed to think my bosoms were going to come out for some fun, either accidentally or on purpose. I was temporarily shocked, but then I pulled down the front of my dress and said “Yeah, and its red velvet, so it matches, see?!”
She left me alone after that.

Desire - I totally can’t picture you with long hair, at all.
Eden - Is all good - COF rocks so hard it can confuse you. :)

I look exactly the same as I did in high school. I mean it: exactly. Photos of myself at 16 look as if they were taken yesterday. Accordingly, I still wear the same clothes, listen to the same music, read the same books, hang out with the same friends.
After four years, one would think something would have changed.

My sister is like that Cody - she always looks the same in all of her photos, from 16 to now. The only thing that changes is the shade of her tan.
