Marilyn Manson

For those of you who know the difference and make the distinction – I was NOT a Spooky-kid, Mansonite, or a NiNny. Ever. I was, and really, I remain, a goth. I do, however, enjoy Marilyn Manson’s work, appreciate his message, and am a big, big fan.

He’s an intelligent well spoken man, with a vision and a message. Listen first, you close minded fucks, before you judge.

This song is based on a law from Manson’s childhood, banning metal lunch boxes from the schools, because they are dangerous. (He’s a collector of metal lunch boxes).

This kid in this song? He’s all of us who ever got beat up or picked on at school. I know I was bullied terribly as a child. It took me forever before I finally physically fought back. I can relate to this song – I wished I could become bigger and better than all the fucktards who made my life hell.

So, a few years into it, I let ‘em all think I was an ‘evil’ witch, stating wearing way too much make up, and scowling a lot.

It worked.

This is also one of the few time you’ll ever see Manson with his real eyebrows.

Next motherfucker’s gonna get my metal!
